CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday -Friday: 9am-2pm (4weeks)

A Home Health Aid provides non-clinical assistance to patients in a residential setting. Many Home Health Aids work at residential care facilities including but not limited to nursing homes and rehabilitation centers; as well as, congregate care and assisted living communities. In some instances Home Health Aid are employed by families to live with an aging or ailing relative in their private home. Day to day, these professionals provide companionship and attentive care. They assist patients with bathing, meals, shopping and other activities while closely monitoring overall emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
