The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who may have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements, including: health care professionals, child care workers, security guards, airline personnel, police, and firefighters.  It is also appropriate for individuals who may have a need to respond to an emergency in the workplace (e.g., restaurant servers), and family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death.
